Job Description
- Maintenance and reconciliation of the fixed asset register
- Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts
- Performing the month-end process
- Month-end financial accounting and reporting activities in accordance with the reporting timetable
- Assistance with preparation of the quarterly consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules, and the monthly Flash trading profit report
- Supporting quarter end reviews
- Preparation of quarterly joint venture accounts
- Ad hoc financial analysis when a request is received from the business
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for local offices
- Helping to determine the correct technical accounting treatment for new types of transactions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fully qualified accountant with at least 1 year post qualified experience
- Strong technical accounting experience
- Able to pick up a new role and business quickly
- Strong communication skills.
