Job Description
  • Dealing with any customer/supplier queries
  •  Emailing customers invoices, credit notes, statements
  •  Allocating customer remittances receipts
  •  Posting purchase invoices for stock and overheads
  •  Reconciling supplier statements
  •  Liaising with purchase and warehouse departments on any discrepancies
  • Assisting the accounts department with other ad-hoc duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Microsoft packages ( Word, Excel)
  •  CIMA, ACCA or ATT underway
  • Very competent in Sage 200
  •  Knowledge of low-level accountancy and basic skills in bookkeeping
