Job Description
  • Credit Control 
  • Processing customer orders 
  • Creating orders to suppliers 
  • Resolution of finance related queries 
  • Match external invoices to statements 
  • Preparation of sales reports as required
  •  Managing Consigned stock at customers including annual inventories 
  • Credit card reconciliation 
  • Organize workload to ensure that deadlines for reporting are met 
  • Process external suppliers’ invoices 
  • Any other duties appropriate to this role 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience working in a customer service/accounts department • Competence in Excel; Word; and Outlook 
  • Good organizational skills
  • • Good telephone manner 
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures 
  • Be willing to accept responsibility 
  • Good at problem solving
