Job Description
  • Maintaining records within the company’s accounting systems
  • Entering Data for monthly financial processing
  • Sales invoicing, both creating and issuing
  • Maintaining financial schedules and providing ad hoc analysis from data
  • Cashflow- daily updates- maintaining the forecast model
  • Maintaining the Timesheet system and providing logins for new employees
  • Maintaining and updating Revenue Sheets with new signed work orders
  • Updating Staff Budgets and corporate cost allocation schedules
  • Updating Sales pipelines and revenue scheduling

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High proficiency in data entry
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to take the initiative
  • Financial data entry and advanced MS Excel working experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in accounting processing and financial analysis
  • Prior experience in Excel Reporting
  • The legal authorization to work in the UK
