Job Description
  • Key contribution to the production of the monthly management information reporting pack, including analysis of the consolidated results, report writing and presentation of results to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accounts are comprehensive, accurate and delivered in a timely manner each month.
  • Key contributor of operational statistics and business analysis included within half-year and year-end external reporting
  • Support of transformation activities as we establish new ways of working
  • Key contribution to the month-end reporting processes, including the production of segmental  reports, including the preparation of commentary versus budget and prior periods
  • Provide a first review of accounting treatments and variance analysis, ensuring its accuracy
  • Develop a detailed understanding of key drivers of performance, both financial and operational
  • Preparation and collation of operational statistics such as vacancy rates and investment lettings for monthly internal reporting
  • Ensure strict monthly reporting deadlines are adhered to
  • Key contributor of operational statistics and business analysis included within half-year and year-end external reporting
  • Assist with the production of external disclosures and analysis
  • Deal with auditor queries relating to a reporting segment
  • Develop a thorough understanding of existing processes and systems used within the team and wider business
  • Support transformation activities as we establish new ways of working, improving both reporting processes and outputs
  • Ensure systems are being used to their full potential and consider the potential for future enhancements
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure outputs meet there needs

  • Knowledge, experience and qualifications
  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience in external reporting
  • Previous experience in report writing
  • Process improvement experience
  • Understanding of the property sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
