Key contributor of operational statistics and business analysis included within half-year and year-end external reporting
Support of transformation activities as we establish new ways of working
Key contribution to the month-end reporting processes, including the production of segmental reports, including the preparation of commentary versus budget and prior periods
Provide a first review of accounting treatments and variance analysis, ensuring its accuracy
Develop a detailed understanding of key drivers of performance, both financial and operational
Preparation and collation of operational statistics such as vacancy rates and investment lettings for monthly internal reporting
Ensure strict monthly reporting deadlines are adhered to

Assist with the production of external disclosures and analysis
Deal with auditor queries relating to a reporting segment
Develop a thorough understanding of existing processes and systems used within the team and wider business
