Job Description

• Coding and posting invoices; filing invoices; reconciling supplier statements
• Maintaining and updating the Liabilities Report
• VAT - ensuring the firm remain compliant with HMRC regulations
• Managing the credit card account and relationship with the bank
• Coding and posting monthly credit card statement
• Process fee earner expense forms;
• Investigate and resolve any purchase ledger queries
• Daily banking and cashing of cheques, organizing foreign currency
• Responsible for all outgoing payments for the company
• Responsible for posting client/office receipts daily
• Responsible for the monthly closure of the purchase ledger
• Running reports and filing
