Job Description
  • Report to the Accounts Manager on a daily basis - working as the first point of contact for general purchase ledger queries.
  • Code and register purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconcile statements
  • Process online orders
  • Prepare and cashier income
  • Provide support of ad-hoc duties to the Accounts team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of one years Accounting experience
  • Be organized
  • Have great written and verbal communication
  • Be driven and motivated to support the accounts team and liase with other departments
  • Reconciliations
  • Invoices
  • Purchase ledger
  • Accounts payable
  • Payment runs
