Job Description
- The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing an Accounts Assistant as well as hiring others into the finance team.
- You will work closely with the directors within the business as well as the holding company.
- There will be a big focus on business partnering, managing the daily and monthly finance function as well as upskilling members of the finance team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The successful candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
- A 'can-do' attitude is required as well as experience within an SME environment.
- Managerial experience is desired, although not essential.
