Job Description
We are looking for an organized administrator with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to provide professional, proactive and confidential executive support to the Executive Director of Finance & Resources.
On the Job you will:·
- Provide a high quality coordination and management of the administrative tasks
- Liaise effectively with members of the leadership team and provide support to board and committee members
- Plan, organize and run corporate and directorate meetings, including events and conferences and board/committee meetings

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.
- Excellent communication skills, advance in the use of Microsoft IT applications, excellent organization time management and project management skills
- Educated to GCSE \"A\" level standard
