Job Description
- Responsible for providing financial support and analysis as the key partner for the leaders of the Foreign Exchange, Investment Banking, and Analytics businesses
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of key business drivers, including product portfolio, market context and competitive landscape
- Analyze and interpret financial information pertaining to business performance, and communicate concisely and effectively to business partners
- Challenge and makes recommendations with respect to performance against budget, budget setting and financial viability of new Functional initiatives
- Assess strategic scenarios and model various transformation initiatives.
- Raise key issues and performance intelligence to Head of Finance, driving increased visibility within the business when necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Degree (or equivalent) and/or relevant professional qualification
- Experience in Finance business partnering, including both sales/revenue and cost management exposure
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills are required
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both in writing and verbally is critical
- Experience driving cross-functional teams via influence rather than direct management is a plus
