Job Description

The Head of Finance and Business support takes full responsibility for the finance function, including the management of Business Support departments including Contract Hire, Retail Invoicing and Sales Support. The role reports directly to the MD and plays a pivotal role in the Senior Management Team. As an active member of the Management Team, you will drive performance through the teams and provide support and input into long term strategic plans to improve business performance and ensure commercial risks are duly managed and anticipated.
 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree or AAT qualification.
• Professional Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• In-depth experience of commercial environment in a financial management role
• Experience of leading and managing successful financial teams
• Experience of Commercial Vehicle Business (desirable)
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the UK as required.
