Job Description
  • Supplier invoices input into Xero
  • Month end supplier run
  • Invoicing clients from Xero
  • Checking bank reconciliations
  • Chasing debtors
  • Oversee the job costings along with project management team.
  • Purchase orders into job costing report
  • Ad hoc accounts admin

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven book keeping experience
  • An excellent work ethic
  • A desire to learn and take on additional duties
  • Ability to multi-task, meeting deadlines but with a good attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Xero (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters.
