Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the companies and foundation.
Responsible for the Sage entries, including receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Responsible for assisting our accountants on payroll and running the payroll for two members of staff, including administering the NEST Workplace Pension Scheme.
Responsible for the quarterly VAT returns for the companies.
Assisting with invoicing, orders, credit control and statements.
Liaising with our financial consultants to help prepare cash flow forecasts where required, of overseas companies to assist with cash flow forecast.
Playing a key role in the Foundation’s running of the Government grant money.
Help prepare the end of year accounts for our accountants for the companies and the Foundation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Recent experience in all of the above
Stable work record
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Sage is a benefit.
Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA or CIMA), or strong experience as a bookkeeper
