Job Description

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who will lead the financial reporting and analysis of the Marketing Productivity programme, ensuring the programme delivers to its targets, on time and in full, whilst additionally highlighting new areas of opportunity. The role is key for success in building sustainable top line growth and bottom line optimization, and allows the individual to work on iconic brands.

You will succeed in:

  • Setting up and delivering monthly financial reports summarizing productivity pipeline and drivers of performance, highlighting gaps and areas of risk, and following up with markets / regions / BUs to rectify. (Reports will use Anaplan and Power BI data).
  • Working in partnership with BU and Regional Finance Productivity Leads to ensure financial governance and controls are in place, including integration of productivity into the financial Op Model.
  • Financial analysis to support Marketing Productivity team and business experts to identify new areas of opportunity / new ideas.
  • Working with Global and Local Procurement teams to establish detailed spend transparency across all key Marketing spend categories
  • Own and build Business Cases for key projects, and support project teams to develop Business Cases for smaller projects, including tracking of all movements from initial filed numbers.
  • Clear and well organized monthly financial reporting, fully aligned with global functions, Leads and Regional / Market Productivity Leads.
  • Delivery of financial insights to shape productivity strategy and identify new areas of opportunity.
  • Overall financial management of the Marketing Productivity programme including integration of productivity within the business Op Model.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven expertise in financial management, including experience in budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and analysis. Must have experience in marketing finance.
  • High competence and familiarity with ERP (SAP) software
  • Effective communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Have strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self- motivating
  • Good interpersonal skills and influencing skills
