Provide Monthly Management Reports - Balance Sheet, Aged Receivables/Payables
Work with external bookkeeper for VAT Returns, WIP application and any journal adjustments
Update Cashflow and process payments weekly
Provide accurate payroll data to external bookkeepers and process staff payments monthly
Reconcile bank account and credit cards through Xero
Create, track and chase sales invoices in a timely and effective manner
Process all supplier and client invoices through Xero and Company bank account
Ensure financial operations run efficiently, implementing improved procedures where relevant Office Manager duties
Operate as executive assistant to the Managing Director
Assist with Recruitment and HR management of the company's staff
First point of call for all IT support
Prepare, note-take and contribute at weekly team meetings, following up any actions as a result
Ensure that all office equipment is in full working order and is cost efficient
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A minimum of three years commercial finance experience in a similar field Experience in the retail industry or similar design agency is advantageous
Experience with management of small business finance
Experience producing and analyzing monthly management reports
Experience in managing a team and workflow Working knowledge of Xero is advantageous Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel Qualifications:
A degree/similar qualifications/experience in an appropriate field Essential AAT Accounting Qualification Level 2 or above
