Job Description
- Leading on year-end reporting and financial statements, including statutory accounts and journals, and providing any additional information required by auditors.
- Managing a small team of Assistant Accountants and ensuring they produce their work effectively and efficiently.
- Playing a critical role in developing and maintaining robust financial controls.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be a Qualified Accountant
- Come from the not-for-profit sector and have currently been in a similar position
- Have strong experience in statutory accounting, leading on audits and year end
- Previously have supervised or managed a small team
