Your new role as Compliance Manager:
As the Pensions Administrator/Team Leader you shall work in conjunction with the established team in managing, coordinating and planning the activities of the NHS Pensions Team. As NHS Pension Administrator at band 5 you shall use initiative to resolve complex processing problems, take a lead with the NHS Local Government Pensions Scheme and ensure the provision of Pensions training within the Payroll Office. At a band 6 position this shall also include ensuring compliance with Terms and Conditions, Statutory and Pension Legislation, Service level agreements and support a team.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
As the role is based within the NHS the successful Candidate will be enrolled into several enhanced benefits. In order to be considered for either post you shall have held a role where the above duties and responsibilities were part of your core role. Knowledge and a background in NHS payroll/pensions is essential.
