Job Description
  • Process sales invoices to a wide range of clients
  • Produce regular customers statements
  • Identify and chase outstanding invoices due for payment
  • Allocate monies received
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Process purchase ledger invoices, coding accordingly
  • Work closely with the Management Accountant
  • Have regular contact with the warehouse and dispatch teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You should have experience using other accountancy packages, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
