Job Description
- Supporting the Head of Finance and Finance Director with the day to day operations across the finance function
- Supporting with the end to end purchase ledger transactions from setting up suppliers to running the payments
- Assisting income and debtor management
- Supported the Finance director with all month-end and year-end reporting including:
- Reconciling bank accounts across nine different business units
- Posting Journal entries to the financial system as well as overheads, accruals, and other accounting adjustments
- Assisting with monthly audit file
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Highly competent in Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of fixed assets, intercompany transactions, accrual and prepayments
