Job Description
Finance Responsibilities will include;
- Assisting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Working with the external accountants to provide cash flow and budget forecasting for the board of directors
- Management of the day to day running of nominal, sales and purchase ledgers
- Reviewing and submitting VAT returns
- Reviewing the monthly payroll submission
Office Administration duties will include;
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Ordering new equipment and coordinating delivery for new starters
- Managing NQC’s mobile, rental and utilities contracts
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by the Operations Board
