Job Description
  • Full ownership of the sales ledger
  • Full ownership of the purchase ledger
  • Bank, credit card and payment gateway reconciliations
  • Managing the supplier invoice and payment queries
  • Processing employee expense claims
  • Support the purchase order process
  • Supporting with the month end close and VAT returns
  • Supporting the business with financial and process queries
  • Ad hoc financial analysis tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have gained experience working in a similar role
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be inquisitive and like to understand "why"
  • Pride yourself on the quality of your work and have a methodical approach to tasks
  • Be able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external contacts
  • Be ambitious and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strive for improvement and development
