Job Description

This role based in Oxford is a permanent role that will suit individuals that are fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a technical management accounting background. You will take a key role within the finance function business partnering with multiple directors, ensuring robust controls and processes are adhered to alongside maintaining financial health of the division

This role will be a key part of driving and developing financial control alongside improving processes and accuracy of financial information. With a pre-defined succession path, this role will offer career development and a real opportunity to progress within a listed business.

This Divisional Finance Manager role will involve:

• Divisional monthly management accounts production and review
• Costs, fees and project margin analysis ensuring divisions performance is in line with business objectives
• Trend and variation analysis to targets and forecast for individual business units
• Financial reporting and interpretation of financial information
• Monthly debtor and accrued revenue reviews
• Ensuring division complies with regulatory compliance
• Business partnering with operational directors, project managers and wider department

Salary and benefits:

• £60-£65k Annual Salary

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
• Have prior Business partnering experience (Essential)
• Have strong technical knowledge around IFRS and GAAP
