Job Description
- Liquidity monitoring and forecasting functions.
- Assisting therevenue contract matters, subsequent invoicing and collection.
- Work closely with Management Accountant and with business in general in the development of understanding costs and to assess new business opportunities.
- Responsible for the integrity and completeness of the balance sheet reconciliations.
- Responsible for the integrity and accuracy ledgers including resolution of issues.
- Assist the preparation of monthly management accounts and the provision of detailed analysis of performance, trends and variance to strict deadlines.
- Reporting and monitoring of performance accurately against budget, forecasts and plans.
- Provide support for VAT reporting process.
- Provide support for other statutory reporting
- Aid in general accounting and reporting.
- Aid in budget, forecast and plan preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls is upheld.
- Assist with year-end audit and tax obligations.
- Ad hoc reporting.
- Ad hoc project work and cost analysis and reduction reviews.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant
