Job Description
This role is about holding the Global Sales & Marketing team to account for the delivery of its business targets (for main vehicle operations, our Special Operations, Motorsport, Aftersales and Events).
- In partnership with the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, deliver the business plan targets for:
- Car Sales and Revenue
- Cash Collection from Car Sales
- Stock of finished vehicles
- Stock of fleet vehicles
- Sales and Marketing Team budgets
- Team Management of a globally regional financial support team
- Provide a business partnering approach to key stakeholders
- Provide regular and timely reports and analysis relating to actual and forecast sales and revenue, by model, by region, by month.
- Provide regular and timely reports and analysis relating to actual and forecast cash flow, debtors, team costs and stock levels.
- Overall responsibility of all debtors and cash collection within the business
- Budgetary responsibility
- Manage, mentor and coach team members
- Forecast FX requirements for global car sales.
- Act as the conduit within your business area, feedback to senior stakeholders as required
- Set clear goals and objectives for team and manage as appropriate
