Job Description
You will be a senior client owner for a portfolio of Financial Institution (FI) accounts, accountable for leading and delivering distinctive client experiences. A typical day could include client strategy sessions, interaction with our brokers on marketing tactics or outcomes, client planning discussions with the client team, collaborating with colleagues in other business areas to improve client experience, one-to-one’s with your reports and Leadership meetings to assist with shaping the direction of the overall business.
Responsibilities and Behaviors will include:
- Delivery of business results against financial and operational metrics meeting new, retention, and rollover targets as well as seeking opportunities across other solution lines to increase Aon penetration.
- Constant development of company – through formal training and knowledge sharing in addition to participation in Client Planning, maintains proven understanding of all our services and ensures that the client understands the full value delivered.
- Role models partnership at every level, collaboration, integrity and respect to deliver the best of our firm to our clients.
- Supports company’s Talent agenda to build and grow diverse and inclusive teams. The role will have 1-3 colleagues reporting in to you.
- Communicates effectively and gives/receives feedback to continually elevate the success of the team.
- Ability to act on feedback to ensure appropriate remediation plans can delivered.
- Responsible for working in accordance with the our Risk Management Framework, and compliance with our policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of required training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company
