Job Description

• Support Group CEO/CFO with strategic analysis and insights – ongoing/ad hoc
• Lead on strategic projects – Risk transfer, Acquisitions, and securitizations
• Work alongside the Head of Corporate Finance on current initiatives
• Act as finance representative on various squads
• Analyze and report on monthly financial performance
• Work alongside the Head of Corporate Finance on current initiatives
• Create/contribute to ExCo and board documents as appropriate (Finance)
• Perform cost and productivity analysis
• Work with and provide leadership to Group Finance as the link between Finance and ONE on all finance processes
• Review contracts from a finance point of view
• As appropriate, lead or support various Board initiatives/investor presentations/related communication
• Act as a member of Finance leadership team coaching and mentoring junior staff
• Manage appropriate risk management framework and controls around areas of responsibility

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to lead large scale projects through collaborative teams
• Core experience in financial planning
• Worked in high intensity start-up environments
• Flexibility: you are accustomed to rapid change and pivot easily
• Drive; can run very hard and work at speed
• A proactive nature and the ability to work independently; you are highly capable of delivering results under your own initiative
• An ownership mentality
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models (working with or at companies like Okta, Mongo DB, Slack, AWS, etc.)
• Preferably seen enterprise SaaS businesses scale from a few million ACV to beyond
• Tremendous amount of modelling skill and accuracy
• A minimum 10+ years’ experience (we're willing to consider a range of experience levels)
• In addition to a solid foundation in FP&A, covered at least 2 of the following in depth – controllership, treasury, M&A or tax
• Working familiarity with investors / valuation / accounting / tax required
