Job Description
- Maintaining records within the company’s accounting systems
- Entering Data for monthly financial processing
- Sales invoicing, both creating and issuing
- Maintaining financial schedules and providing ad hoc analysis from data
- Cashflow- daily updates- maintaining the forecast model
- Maintaining the Timesheet system and providing logins for new employees
- Maintaining and updating Revenue Sheets with new signed work orders
- Updating Staff Budgets and corporate cost allocation schedules
- Updating Sales pipelines and revenue scheduling
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High proficiency in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to take the initiative
- Financial data entry and advanced MS Excel working experience
- Minimum two years of experience in accounting processing and financial analysis
- Prior experience in Excel Reporting
- The legal authorization to work in the UK
