Job Description
- Monitor the progress of invoices through the approval process
- Liaise with suppliers and budget holders to ensure authorizations can be processed swiftly
- Track exceptional items such as urgent payments, resolve issues and escalate for resolution appropriately
- Prepare weekly payment runs for approved invoices and submit them for overall approval
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- you will need to be an ACA/ACCA studier, AAT part qualified or QBE.
- You will also require excellent and demonstrable experience managing a busy finance inbox and dealing with suppliers promptly.
