Job Description
- Outsourced, and external advice will certainly be available to utilize but the business would like the finance to be responsible for management accounts, budgeting/forecasting, general analysis and transactional accounting.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- We are looking for hands on Financial accountant that has experience working in SME environment, ideally you will have hospitality experience but certainly not a necessity, having experience on Xero or similar software/system is pretty essential.
- Overall, the right person for this job will be someone who likes improving and streamlining processes, happy and comfortable sorting out problems, uses their own initiative and knows how and when to challenge.
