Job Description
- Managing the UK subsidiaries statutory accounts process
- Preparing the statutory accounts
- Co-coordinating the audit process of the subsidiary statutory accounts
- Conducting the required impairment reviews for the statutory accounts which hold investments
- Assisting with the preparation of the group accounts
- Preparing technical accounting information and papers where required
- Supporting with monthly reporting
- Providing technical and accounting assistance to other accountants
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience of preparing statutory accounts
- Knowledge of finance systems
- Highly organized
