Job Description
  • Maintain accounts receivables: manage key accounts 
  • Perform sales invoice management and customer portals.
  • Handle debit notes received, managing approvals and credit note processing.
  • Liaising with customer service team, account managers and agents/sales reps regarding any potential issues and debit notes management.
  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Record and reconcile company credit cards and petty cash.
  • Process payments and financial documents.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns.
  • Posting and processing staff expenses.
  • To assist with month end journals, accruals, and prepayments,
  • Assist Finance Manager with the preparation of annual budgets and income-expenditure patterns.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of VAT and international exports
  • Experience in a similar accounting role
  • Experience working Independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly organized.
