Job Description
  • Reconciling contractor timesheets to ensure they are signed off and have a matching purchase ledger invoice
  • Coding contractor invoices and processing in the accounting system.
  • Batching supplier invoices for payment
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Employee expenses
  • Maintaining the contracts billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements for clients
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records for clients
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis
  • Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
  • Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors 
  • Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
  • Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Recruitment Experience desirable but not essential
