Job Description
- Supervise Management Accountants and Junior Finance Team Members across several global entities
- Driving efficiencies through controls and workflows
- Oversee the completion of management accounts and yearly reports across international subsidiaries
- Facilitate the smooth running of the audit process for global entities
- Mentor junior members of the finance team to support their learning and development
- The ideal candidate will appreciate hands-on work and revel at the opportunity to build new finance processes for the business.
- Reporting to a talented Financial Controller, the International Finance Manager would oversee both the international finance functions within the business.
- As this is a management position across a global business, leadership skills are integral to success in this role.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fully Qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Previous experience managing a team
