Accounts Assistant
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description
  • Maintain the purchase order register
  • Enter purchase ledger invoices
  • Perform a daily review of expenses for approval
  • Prepare and post journals (expenses, accruals, fixed assets, payments, sales invoices)
  • Process fortnightly payment runs (creating and reconciling payments)
  • Prepare weekly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare sales invoices and send to customers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Purchase ledger experience
  • Sales ledger experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges
  • Basic excel knowledge Desirable
