Job Description
  • Maintaining the purchase ledgers for a number of companies on Sage
  • Processing purchase invoices and liaising with suppliers
  • Managing the petty cash process for various entities
  • Processing corporate and personal credit card statements and expenses
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Providing ad hoc financial support to other team members
  • Assist with general office management e.g. organizing couriers, distributing post etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 5+ years of experience within a Bookkeeper  capacity
  • Experience of accounting within an SME environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong transactional experience around Accounts Payable and Receivables.
  • Sage 50 / Xero experience would be beneficial
