Job Description
  • Overseeing sales invoices imported to Xero on a daily basis
  • Daily matching of remittances from customers, in-including discounts from multiple banks
  • Credit Control - Sending statements to customers
  • Investigating queries on invoices in dispute, liaising with the Sales team and Department Managers
  • Helping to keep the Sales Ledger in order.
  • Help to bring reconciliations up to date for all plat-forms
  • Compiling reports including monthly balance sheets and reconciliations
  • Assist with expenses, credit cards, purchase invoices, payments etc. as and when required including covering holiday
  • Any other adhoc duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Two years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programmers - especially Excel &Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage
