Job Description

• Production of Management Accounts
• Supervision of the accounts assistant
• Daily processing of customer and supplier transactions on sage and excel (some multi-currency).
• Process payroll and report payroll taxes
• Bank, sales and purchase reconciliations on sage
• Commission calculations
• Completing quarterly and annual reports
• Liaising with external accountants/auditors on quarterly and annual compliance
• Assist with office administration, for example ordering office stationery
