The intention is for the person to initially learn the business by undertaking the day to day duties of managing the various bank accounts, reconciliations and payments, entering of purchase invoices, management of rental receipts, and other ad hoc duties.
An additional person to handle much of this work and the successful candidate now would progress to assisting the Accountant in producing management and investor information
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have one or two years’ experience and be interested in progressing their career in a growing business.
We use Xero and Excel so experience with both would be advantageous.
