Job Description
- Assist in the accurate and timely preparation of monthly accounts
- Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations ensuring all reconciling items are annotated and cleared out each month where required
- Maintain the ledger, including input of all invoices and employee expenses timely, and payment there-of too agreed terms
- Assist in cash forecasting
- Monitor compliance with the Group Expenses and Purchasing policies
- Ensure all payments to pension providers and HMRC are settled on time
- Involvement in the annual budgets and monthly forecasting
- Set up suppliers on the system
- Other ad hoc duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid IT skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attained AAT level 2 or equivalent qualification (preferred not necessary)
