Job Description
- Oversight and review of financial reporting, including: tax reporting, quarterly reporting packs, annual accounts and investor reporting
- Assistance with the preparation of the annual budgets with the asset management team
- Calculation of quarterly distributions, asset management and development fees
- Assistance with the preparation of quarterly bank reporting (compliance certificates, debt covenants)
- Preparing and/or reviewing variance analysis on quarterly actual results versus budget
- Collaboration and oversight of external service providers (accounting and administration)
- Assistance with tax structuring and compliance
- Oversight of accounting regulations in different jurisdictions
- Work directly with Senior Management to enhance controls and review processes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong academic record to a degree level or equivalent level
- Exhibits self-motivation, maturity, independence and appropriate initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to seek out guidance/help where necessary
