Job Description
  • Responsible for month end closing, preparing full set of accounts and submitting management reports
  •  Daily usage of SAP, enhancing and updating where needed
  •  Management of sales ledger
  •  Maintaining accounts, verifying, and posting transactions
  •  Balancing accounts on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis
  •  Preparing weekly payment run
  •  Liaising with clients, suppliers, banking contacts and headquarters
  • *Managing and filing relevant documentation
  •  Ensure the completion of balance sheet reconciliations.
  •  Inventory management, organize quarterly stock take and produce stock analysis and support colleagues to clear ageing stock
  •  Sales performance analysis and reporting
  •  Managing the audit process and liaising with external personnel
  •  Assisting Auditors with year-end statutory accounts
  •  Management of Cashflow
  •  VAT return
  •  Review of PAYE Payroll

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ACCA qualified is preferred and relevant experience is required.
  •  Highly computer literate with experience of accounting packages
  •  Proficiency in Excel 
  •  Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
  •  Solid organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  •  Excellent communicator, with both internal and external colleagues at all levels
