Job Description
  • Support the Preparation of management accounts
  • Preparing Income Statements, Balance Sheet, cashflows and other financial documents for analysis
  • Support the consolidation process
  • Respect all deadline including the month end / year end close deadlines
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, preparing month end journals including:
  •  Preparing accruals and prepayments
  • Maintain Fixed Asset registers and updating depreciation file
  • Coordinate and maintain Inter-company cross charges and transactions via a matrix.
  •  Overseeing the reconciliation of bank
  •  Oversee the reconciliation of the Ledgers.
  • Assist with the management of financial data for multiple entities.
  •  Research and report on factors that influence the company’s performance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Actively studying for a recognized accounts qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Advance excel knowledge
  • Willingness to advance career to the next level!
  • Organized, methodical and analytical
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and a team player
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • SAP Business One experience would be an advantage
