Job Description
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for IT finances.
- Preparation of intercompany charge schedules
- Preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts
- Analyzing and categorizing monthly transactions
- Analyzing actuals vs. budget to highlight differences for use in variance analysis.
- Proposing reforecasts
- Posting monthly IT-finances journals
- Maintaining IT-related accounting policies and process notes.
- Assisting the IT projects team with basic queries relating to IT project financials
- Ad hoc reviews and analyses relating to IT financials and other relevant data.
- Improvement of existing reporting processes to enhance relevance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain and communicate relevant information.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Advanced Excel skills
