  • Reconciling bank accounts

  • Weekly pay runs to suppliers
  • Posting journals
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and managing budgets and aiding with forecasts
  • Payroll for company staff
  • Managing costs
  • Raising client invoices and chasing aged debt
  • Delivering weekly cost analysis for sites, including reconciling stock takes/staff hours
  • Reconciling all income
  • Ad hoc duties and managing accounts 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum or four years experience in a similar role
