Job Description
  • Manage all customer queries and ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Prepare process and communicate any resolutions with the customer.
  • Contact customers to ensure invoices are settled promptly.
  • Ensure completeness and integrity of the customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly client Profit and Loss accounts and invoices.
  • Work in collaboration with the Operational Managers and department Head to ensure information is accurate and relevant.
  • Work in collaboration with the Management Accountants to ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly revenue.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Varied accounting experience ideally with some exposure to month end
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience using Sage200 is beneficial but not essential
  • You can be studying towards an Accountancy Qualification but its not required
  • Client Accounting Assistant
