Job Description
  • Receive, record, and distribute purchase invoices.
  • Ensure that each invoice is fully authorized in line with our approval policy.
  • Deal with purchase ledger enquiries.
  • Post purchase invoices and credit notes to the purchase ledger.
  • File documentation digitally.
  • Reconcile invoices to supplier statements.
  • Prepare supplier payment runs.
  • Post and reconcile company credit card statements.
  • Assist the accounts team with relevant ad-hoc duties.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Xero advantageous.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good telephone and communication skills.
  • Team player
  • Excel knowledge.
