Job Description
  • Purchase Ledger - processing and inputting of purchase Invoices Banking - Receipts
  • Other administrative duties may be required.
  • Post Purchase invoices
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Prepare and pay quarterly VAT returns
  • Run month end and year end procedures through Sage
  • Use of Xero software

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience within a similar role previously
  • Enthusiastic with great initiative willing to assist with all aspect of business
  • Experience within a creative or artistic industry is preferred but not essential
