you will be allocated a portfolio of properties for which you will have responsibility of all accounting transactions.
you will process all payments between my client, owners, and tenants during the length of the tenancy such as rent payments and commission charges.
You will also be responsible for processing lease renewals and releasing deposits to tenants ensuring that all charges and costs have been deducted.
You will also log and import invoices onto an in-house database, pass them on for approval , and post any invoices for payment.
The team of Accounts Assistants also liaise with third-party suppliers regarding any invoice or payment queries they have.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We require you to have a strong mathematical aptitude, familiarity with Excel and accounting databases, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
