Job Description
  • Purchase Ledger, logging, coding, and allocating of incoming invoices
  • Sales Ledger - Downloading sales invoices, allocating payments, Customer Credit Control
  • Nominal Ledger - Reconciling month end figures, Journals, VAT, monthly cashflow
  • Expenses - monthly payments
  • Cashbook - reconciling bank statements
  • Payroll - calculating salaries and pensions
  • Balance sheet

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Numerically minded
  •  Qualified or Part ACCA or CIMA
  • Advanced Excel
  • Sage 200 - ideally 
  • Able to work in the office five days a week
