Job Description
- Take responsibility of the accounts payable function
- Processing invoices, ensuring prices are correct
- Communicating with suppliers, vendors and contractors to resolve any payments issues
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Processing expense claims
- Credit card reconciliations
- Payment runs for stock and overheads
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1-2 years’ experience in accounts
- Studying ACCA/CIMA
- Strong communication skills
- Being a fast learner
